Another Big Government Disaster

bitch

The latest threat to America has surfaced and it isn't Russian or North Korean. It is Domestic. It is yet another example of how Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan have failed the GOP voter, and up to President Trump to Veto what is a horrific proposed piece of legislation.

Planned Parenthood funding, DACA, growing deficits and debt and 0 dollars for the border wall are on the table in the latest proposed bloated omnibus spending bill. One thing is clear. Establishment republicans have no intention of scaling back the size and scope of government or making an effort to curb our problem with illegal immigration.

Many Conservatives have criticized the 2,232 page bill that only increases our problematic runaway spending. The bill is set to be voted on as soon as Thursday with almost no Congressional or public debate.

"I'm voting against it ... and if the bill passes the way it is, I hope the White House does veto," Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH) told The Hill. "But I think it's not good for the American taxpayer, not consistent, anywhere close to consistent, to what we said we would do when they elected us in 2016."

Freedom Caucus leader Rep. Mark Meadows has also expressed opposition to the omnibus. "It is troubling when we get a tunnel and we don't get a wall," Meadows said.

Meadows is referring to the "tunnel" that was earmarked to the tune of the $541 million and will link New York City and New Jersey. The "Gateway" project has been pushed heavily by Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer.

With a midterm election in November and a Republican party that has abandoned their conservative base, the probability of a Democrat retaking of one or both chambers becomes a stronger possibility should this bill be signed into law.

The people are fed up, and with this type of cronyism who can blame them?
