Interview by Cindy Grosz
In 1999, Juanita Broaddrick alleged that United States President Bill Clinton raped her in April 1978 when she was 35 years old. Clinton was Arkansas's Attorney General. Clinton's attorney, David Kendall, denied the allegations on his client's behalf. Clinton declined to comment further on the issue.
Almost twenty years later, Broaddrick is telling her story with never before shared details in her new memoir, "You Better Put Some Ice On That," available on amazon.com.
I was lucky enough to be one of the first journalists to interview Ms. Broaddrick on the book and her name back in the news.
Q: Thank you Juanita for opening our eyes to how both Bill and Hillary treat people. Please share some of your background with our readers.
A: I am a retired business owner and registered nurse. I sold my two nursing homes in 2008. I enjoy playing tennis and spending time with my family and friends. Of course, since I have become so involved in the political social media Scene, I do spend a couple of hours each day on Twitter and Facebook.
Q: Speaking of Twitter, you are involved in several social media wars? What’s the latest you can share with my followers?
A: I was disgusted with appearance by Stormy Daniels on the Jimmy Kimmel Show and his comparison to the Clinton victims. I thought this was totally inappropriate. To every reader of this article, please follow me and share my tweets. I also have expressed my outrage at Oprah Winfrey not denouncing Bill and Hillary Clinton’s crimes against women when she supported Hillary for president
Q: It seems Sean Hannity has been very helpful in getting you new publicity on your days of being sexually abused by Bill Clinton. How did your friendship start and where is it today?
A: Sean Hannity has always supported my allegations of rape against Bill Clinton. As I relate in my book he was the 2nd person to come to my home to interview me about my allegations. I knew immediately he was a person of integrity and honesty. We have remained friends to this day.
Q: What did you think about President Trump’s State Of The Union Address?
A: I was impressed with President Trump’s SOTU speech but so expectedly disappointed with the Democrats response. It’s as though they wanted nothing to do with the tremendous strides our country has made in the last year. They showed their hostility in their disrespectful refusal to stand for true heroes and victim’s families.
Q: Have you had contact with anyone in the White House? Are you involved in the 2018 campaigns and would you endorse anyone?
A: I do not have contact with the White House and have not been asked to participate in any 2018 campaigns. At time, I am not even aware of the names of the candidates. I am sure, though, I will support a conservative. The Democrats have lost all of my respect.
Q: What do you think about the scandals In Hollywood and the #metoo and #timesup movements?
A: As I have said in previous interviews, I think the # metoo movement was advanced by liberal for their agenda. The victims of Bill Clinton were purposely ignored in this movement because we were me too long before it was cool to be me too. I was asked by Time Magazine to comment and was glad to issue a comment in support of the movement. My comments were blatantly disregarded.
Q: Are you in contact with any of the other people that Bill Clinton abused?
A: I have a very good friendship with Kathleen Willey. We talk often about our lives and how the Clintons have tried to destroy us.
Q: What are your thoughts about the women leadership in the Democratic Party?
A: I am not familiar with the women leaders in Democratic Party. I just do not follow their stories. None have ever reached out, and I don't care.
