The Vatican demanded an investigation after the Pope’s Instagram account liked an indecent picture of a Brazilian model. There is no information on whether the Pope’s account has approved the image of Natalia Garibotto, however, the “like” was seen on 13 November, and on the next day, it was unliked.

Did the Pope Like the Photo?

The photo was made public by Garibotto’s management company COY Co, who reposted it on their Instagram account and wrote that they had “received the POPE’S OFFICIAL BLESSING”. Press sources say the CNA is currently investigating how the photo was liked and the Vatican spokesperson told the Guardian they can “exclude that the ‘like’ came from the Holy See.”
