The reporter is shown on the video struggling against an intense gust of winds from the storm. During his performance, two pedestrians can be seen walking into frame seemingly unaffected by these powerful gales.

I'm sure we can all recall a time where specific weather systems have been spoken up only to underwhelm. That being said, hurricane Florence is a real issue and should not be underestimated.
