Senator Rand Paul: Rice needs to be made to answer for unmasking

rand-paul

Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) stated on Fox News Network's "Hannity" on Tuesday that he would ask former Whitehouse National Security Advisor Susan Rice, "did you discuss with the president that you were unmasking Trump transition officials?"

Senator Paul referred to this as a "Big Crime" and a "Black eye on the intelligence community."

The Kentucky Senator has been a champion of American's 4th Amendment rights. Back in 2014, he filed a class action lawsuit against President Obama and the National Security Agency, among others over the U.S. surveillance program that collected information on millions of U.S citizens over a period of several years.

At the time he stated, “I am filing a lawsuit against President Barack Obama because he has publicly refused to stop a clear and continuing violation of the 4th Amendment, The Bill of Rights protects all citizens from general warrants.”

Should Susan Rice be subpoenaed to testify in front of Congress? Give us your take in the comments section below.
