Coast Guard patrols intercepted a submarine boat carrying 17,000 pounds of cocaine on Thursday in open waters. What is surprising is the moment Coast Guard members jumped on top of the semi-submersible while moving at high speeds and seize control of the vessel. The service members were able to apprehend the five individuals inside the boat, and are now under the custody of the DEA.
