Dan Perkins: “Stab the Mother Fu**er in the Heart?” AG Barr, Do your Job!

By Dan Perkins:

Attorney General Barr, it is time to stop the madness. Under 18 US Code subsection 115 influencing, impeding, or retaliating against a Federal official by threatening or injuring a family member is a felony. I have grave concerns that unless these attempted assaults are stopped, people will be killed. The shootings over the weekend are tragic because the level of both Left and Right hate is causing increasing violence.

My concern, Mr. Attorney General, is that Federal Law enforcement is not doing their job. Republicans do not want to make waves, so they dismiss the actions of few as not truly representing the vast American society. We give these potential killers a pass, and if we don't do something, I'm concerned they will be killers.

I think the Justice Department needs to start arresting people and let the country know that if you break the law, you will pay the price. The public needs to see that law enforcement is enforcing the law, and if you threaten an elected official, you are going to prison. My impression is that the Obama Administration was serious about death threats against the President and members of Congress. Brian Dean Miller got 27 months in prison for threatening the life of President Obama.

Stephen J. Taubert got 4 years in prison for threatening to hang the President and for terrorizing Congresswoman Maxine Waters office. The jury found him guilty of threatening the former President and a member of Congress. On June 20, 2018, Peter Fonda wrote, "We should rip Barron Trump from his mother's arms and put him in a cage with pedophiles and see if mother will stand up against the giant asshole she is married to." He also wrote on the same day, Fonda, 78, also called White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders and Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen "g***es," which he noted is "much worse than c***." Sanders should have her children ripped from her and given "to Stephen Goebbels Miller for safe keeping." He called for the stripping and whipping of Nielsen, too."

AG Barr, why wasn’t he arrested tried for violating the law? Why because after he said the threatening things later he apologized. No harm no foul justice? The law says you threaten a public official that act is a violation of the law. Why was he not punished? The law doesn’t say because you apologize after you have made the threat the crime is dismissed. The jury had to decide plain and simple in the case of Taubert, he made the threat. You do not have to carry out the risk to commit the crime. Are the Republicans not prosecuting because they want to be politically correct? Are they not taking these threats seriously? What will happen to their demeanor when a Republican Congressman or Senator is killed? By then it will be almost impossible to go back o what it should have been in the first place, enforce the law.

Now, let's move to the threat to Mitch McConnell, the majority leader of the Senate earlier this week. Protesters outside his house shouted the following, "Stab the Mother Fu**er in the Heart." Not once, but they yelled this several times. I can find no record of any of the protesters being arrested for the threat to Senator McConnell. Twitter suspended McConnell Campaign account for posting the story about the protesters who threatened his life. Mr. Barr it will not be hard to find out who threatened his life just go to the link that follows: https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2019/08/07/twitter-suspends-mitch-mcconnell-campaign-account-for-sharing-death-threats-against-mitch-mcconnell/ and you will find Ms. Chanelle Helm admitting that she was the one threating the Senate Majority. Pick her up, put her in jail, and take to trial and let the jury decide on her guilt or innocents and if she is found guilty how much prison time she will get. That is the message that needs to be sent, personal accountability; you do the crime you do the time.

If we allow these threats to continue with no consequences, the number of threats will increase, and at some point, somebody will die. People are pushing the boundaries, and if law enforcement doesn't push back, we will have people empowered to believe that the law doesn't apply to them, and they will kill. A journalist from the UK found herself in hot water after she too tweeted that it was "about time for a presidential assassination." Monisha Rajesh, who wrote for both the Guardian and Telegraph newspapers, has since deleted her account on the social network. President Trump had not been sworn in with this social media message appeared, "I'm not saying someone should try and assassinate [sic] trump.... but if you do, don't miss," was a sentiment tweeted by many unhappy with his election win, hoping Trump will be killed before his inauguration as the 45th US president on January 20, 2017."

We have to change the atmosphere, we have to hold people accountable not only for what they do but for what they say. We are being told that if we don't agree with them we are first, a racist and you don't have the right to speak. Now Cory Booker wants all of President Trump rallies canceled because they "Inspire White Nationalist Attacks." The Democrats are attacking our rights under the Constitution, and they want it their way, or there will be blood in the streets until they get what they want.

Perkins Twist: Starting today and for the next 30 days count how many times the Democrats use the term racist, bigot, white supremacist, and all the other demeaning slurs when speaking about a Republican. Then at the same time count how many times you hear the same words used by Republicans against Democrats? In the end, you tally up the total for both sides. Next, subtract the difference. If the numbers are higher for the Democrats, let's say 30, then you must tell 30 of your friends and family who love this country, who believe in the Constitution to vote Republican next year. Maybe if we get enough people talking about the filth and vile then we can defeat enough Democrats they will no longer be a party, but merely a caucus. Its time to take back our country and only we can do it.
