Desperate Democrats Sue Trump, WikiLeaks

A Federal lawsuit filed Friday in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York by the Democratic National Committee alleges that the 2016 Trump Presidential Campaign worked with Russian elements as well as the website WikiLeaks.  Wikileaks had infamously released thousands of hacked emails from people close to Trump's opponent, Democratic Nominee Hillary Clinton. The lawsuit claims that all three of the named parties played a role in the hacking of DNC computers.

"During the 2016 presidential campaign, Russia launched an all-out assault on our democracy, and it found a willing and active partner in Donald Trump's campaign," DNC Chairman Tom Perez was quoted as saying according to The Washington Post .

This constituted an act of unprecedented treachery: the campaign of a nominee for president of the United States in league with a hostile foreign power to bolster its own chance to win the presidency. - DNC Chair Tom Perez

This is just the latest chapter in the Trump, DNC, Clinton, WikiLeaks and Russia saga. The tone deaf DNC still refuses to accept the fact that their antiquated 19th century ideology has fallen out of favor with American voters who appreciate keeping more of their money as well as having the tax dollars they do spend fund essentials like our military.

Many are already speculating that this suit is merely a stunt to attempt to discredit the GOP ahead of the crucial 2018 midterm elections.
