Child Abuse in Texas: Jury Rebukes Texas Dad Trying to Stop Son’s Transition

A jury in Texas ruled against Jeffrey Younger, a father attempting to stop his seven-year-old son’s transition from boy to girl.

“With a consensus of 11 of the 12 jurors, the jury decided not to grant Mr. Younger sole managing conservatorship over his two twin boys. They voted that the current joint managing conservatorship should be replaced by a sole managing conservatorship, but that Mr. Younger should not be that person,” a report by LifeSiteNews said.

According to LifeSiteNews, Anne Georgulas, the boy’s mother and Younger’s ex-wife, has been given carte blanche to go ahead with puberty blockers, which could cause chemical castration, and hormones, if she chooses.

Jessica Janicek and Laura Hayes, Georgulas’ lawyers, said the mother has no plans on giving the boy hormone blockers now, but “no one has stated that she (Georgulas) would not be open to using them when James begins puberty,” around the age of 11 and a half.

“I want you to imagine having electronic communication with your son on FaceTime, and imagine that your ex-wife has dressed him as a drag queen to talk to you. He has false eyelashes and makeup. His hair has got glitter in it. He’s wearing a dress. Now imagine how you would feel seeing what I believe is actual sexual abuse – I believe this is not just emotional abuse but is the very, most fundamental form of sexual abuse, tampering with the sexual identity of a vulnerable boy,” Younger told Luke Macias in January.

According to court documents, Younger’s son only dresses a girl when he is with his mother, assuming the name “Luna”, with which he is also enrolled at in school, however Younger says James “violently refuses to wear girl’s clothes at my home,” and is a perfectly normal boy whenever he is with his dad.
