New Jersey and Arizona voters approved the legalization of recreational marijuana, and voters in South Dakota said yes to its legalized use for medical purposes.
The legislature in New Jersey is expected to draft and pass the new policy adoption of marijuana legislation, while in Arizona, the responsibility for implementing the state rules will be given to the Department of Health Services.
Voters in Mississippi supported the enterprise of establishing a medical marijuana program for disabled patients.
Legal recreation marijuana has already been allowed in the District of Columbia and eleven other American states.
A second round of voting on legalizing recreational marijuana has also been conducted in South Dakota.
