Senator Corey Booker (D-NJ) went on a temper tantrum worthy of a time out on Tuesday as he criticized Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, saying she lied under oath.
At best his behavior was similar to that of a petulant child. At worse it was reminiscent of an abusive husband chastising his wife for burning the meatloaf. His actions and mannerisms as he attacked Nielsen were certainly not those that should be associated with a favorite for the 2020 Democratic Presidential Candidacy.
The characterization of President Trump as a racist is completely devoid of any truth. A basic analysis of Trump policy verses that of America's first black president Barack Obama show that not only is Trump not racist, but he may actually be the best President for minorities if he sustains and builds upon the results of his first year in office:

Booker is just an Angry Negro. It's his thing, his shtick, and how he got elected in the first place. You've got to expect this sort of behavior from someone like him, just as you have to expect very few other Dems to condemn him for it.
