Why is Political Prisoner Kristian Saucier Being Silenced?

The Kristian Saucier case has been covered by Reactionary Times since our birth in February and by me personally since last October.

We recently submitted a request to the Federal Medical Center for an interview with Kristian and WERE DENIED. This denies both Kristian and Reactionary Times 1st Amendment right's of freedom of speech and freedom of the press.

The Text of the Request:

Attn: Mrs. Long: Kristian Saucier Interview and Visitation Request:

My name is Julio Rivera. I am a columnist for several news websites and host of the upcoming Reactionary Times TV. I am a friend of the Saucier family and wanted to visit/film a video interview for the Reactionary Times. This would be at 1pm Saturday May 20th 2017 with Kristian and his attorney Ronald Daigle who is also requesting visitation on that day.

The Questions are as follows:

What is your response to all the attention that your case has gotten nationally?

What do you miss the most about your old life as a 1st Class Petty Officer in the US Navy?

How did you envision your life going prior to your investigation, trial and conviction?

Comparing the actions of Clinton, sending thousands of unsecured communications via her home server to the six photos you took, how did it make you feel to be going through a trial and sentencing while she was running for the most powerful position in the world?

During the campaign, then candidates Trump and Pence referenced your case several times on the campaign trail. Donald Trump even implied that he would like to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the Clinton Foundation in addition to famously saying, “You’d be in jail,” if he was president. Do you feel that was campaign rhetoric, or do you expect action will be taken on the injustice you’ve suffered eventually?

What is your opinion on the job the president has done up to this point? Is he living up to the promises he made on the campaign trail in your opinion?

This ordeal has been difficult on your family. What has it been like for you knowing that your career was taken away from you, basically because of what many consider political reasons, and that the real life implications have led to your daughter Kassie and wife Sadie suffering though economic dire straits and in danger of potentially wining up homeless?

What gets you through from day to day?

If you could speak to the president or the powers that be so to speak who would be able to help your situation, what would you say to them?

I would be bringing an extension cord and power strip to set up a small lighting system and the laptop/camera/lights.

Thank you for your consideration.

  1. Clearly it was campaign rhetoric. It's been five months since Trump said the clemency petition was "on his desk" yet he hasn't done a thing. There would be no point in a commutation now since he's going to be out in 120 days which is the mandatory time between a grant and release. Saucier is clearly going to remain in prison until October.

  2. Well, now we know his pardon request has been officially denied.
A commutation grant would be moot because he has three months to go.
