Winning Bigly: Trump Fundraising EXPLODES After Impeachment Inquiry

A whopping $13 million of campaign cash came in for Trump after trashing the Democrats’ impeachment inquiry initiated by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

In just 24 hours after the Tuesday announcement for the official inquiry, online donors in all 50 states reportedly raised $5 million, according to campaign manager Brad Parscale. A Wednesday night fundraiser and a Thursday morning breakfast secured another $8 million for Trump’s campaign, an RNC official said.

“Huge groundswell of support leading to Trump landslide in 2020!” - a Wednesday tweet by Brad Parscale regarding the support being received.

Although expectations for a massive haul were in place, these latest contributions have served to make an even bigger difference – the campaign as well as the RNC have reported more than $210 million have been raised since the start of 2019 – a sum larger than the one raised by all current Democrat candidates.

Trump’s potential 2020 rival, also involved in recent whistleblower complaint, Joe Biden, has also seen an increasing amount of donations after news broke out about Trump’s call with President Zelensky. Fundraising ads on Facebook with the message “stand with Joe” have also been popping up to incentivize donors.

“Donald Trump sat in the Oval Office asking a foreign leader to investigate Joe Biden’s family because he knows Joe Biden will make sure he’s a one-term president. Don’t let the president get away with this gross abuse of power,” quoted from one of the ads.

A surge was also claimed by Democratic National Committee, which sent a fundraising appeal Tuesday alongside a message urging donors to “stand with Speaker Pelosi as the House moves forward with an official impeachment inquiry.”
