A Young Texas mom and her 3-week-old daughter have disappeared without a trace since last Thursday.

Mysterious Disappearance Leaves Relatives Praying for a Safe Return

33-year-old Heidi Broussard disappeared with her 3-week-old baby daughter Margot Carey after dropping her son off at school in Austin, Texas.

Police thought Broussard had returned home after dropping her son off at school, but the young woman’s fiancé, Shane Carey, called the cops at 7:30 p.m. after realizing something was wrong.

“I don’t know what else to do – it’s already the third day and it’s getting scary. Not knowing what to do is the hardest part. I don’t know where she’s at, I don’t know if she’s suffering. I’m helpless, and that’s the worst feeling in the world,” he told Fox in an interview.

A “weird sign” Carey noticed is that Broussard’s car door was unlocked, adding that he was “going through dumpsters” looking for any possible clues and asking neighbors if anything had happened or if they had seen anything.

The man asked locals for help in finding his to-be-wife, and their “teeny, tiny, lovable baby,” adding that her entire family needs her.

Austin’s Police Department has posted photos of the woman and infant in hopes of receiving information on their whereabouts, asking citizens to immediately call 911 if they see them.
