Hillary Investigation Report: Almost 600 Security Violations Found

Nearly 600 security violations were found on Hillary Clinton’s private email server, according to newly released documents from State Department investigators.

The investigation’s results were revealed in a letter to Senate Finance Committee Chairman Charles Grassley from Bureau of Legislative Affairs Assistant Secretary Mary Elizabeth Taylor last week, which finds that 38 individuals were culpable for 91 violations, and another 497 security violations, in which no one could be found to bear culpability.

“For current and former officials, culpability means the violations will be noted in their files and will be considered when they apply for or renew security clearances. For current officials, there could also be disciplinary action, though it’s unclear how they could potentially be reprimanded,” a report by the Associated Press said, adding that the emails’ review began in 2016, “after declaring 22 emails from Clinton’s private server to be ‘top secret.’”

The investigation, conducted by the State Department, began shortly after the FBI decided not to charge Clinton with felony, a decision which at the time came under heavy scrutiny, although Clinton was the Democratic presidential candidate then.

“One source told [CNN] that electronic records reveal that Strzok changed the language from ‘grossly negligent’ to ‘extremely careless’, scrubbing a key word that could have had legal ramifications for Clinton. An individual who mishandled classified material could be prosecuted under federal law for ‘gross negligence,’” The Hill reported, referring to Peter Strzok, anti-Trump FBI agent, who “edited a key phrase that removed possible legal implications.”

Lisa Page, a FBI lawyer, who has also allegedly been romantically involved with Strzok, testified last year that discussions to charge Clinton with felony were indeed present, but dismissed and denied by Obama’s Justice Department.

Clinton’s loss in the 2016 election has seen her now blaming everything and everyone in existence for her loss to President Trump, claiming that he is an “illegitimate” president, and going against her own words towards Trump back in the 2016 election:

“To say you won’t respect the results of the election, that is a direct threat to our democracy. The peaceful transfer of power is one of the things that makes America America,” Clinton said, adding:

“And look, some people are sore losers, and we just got to keep going.”
