On Sunday, the ex NYC mayor and Donald Trump’s attorney, Rudy Giuliani, stated the election should not be called for Joe Biden due to fraud. The former major has filed several election lawsuits claiming voter fraud.
Rudy Giuliani told Fox News that “There is strong evidence that this was an election that in at least three or four states, and possible 10, it was stolen,” implementing that the voting was based on false votes.
Before the election, Donald Trump and his attorney have made numerous accusations of voter fraud in several states.
Rudy Giuliani stated that not all the states have been investigated yet, and the filed lawsuits could change the election course.
According to the former NYC major, the states that have not been investigated are Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, where Trump won the election in 2016. This year, Joe Biden leads in all of them.
Giuliani added that 50 people in Pennsylvania were ready to attest under oath they have witnessed an election abuse and “this will be the subject of a lawsuit that we file tomorrow [Monday].”
When asked by Fox News' Maria Bartiromo if Giuliani had enough evidence to change the election course, the ex-mayor stated that “we have enough to change Pennsylvania,” and called the voting there a “disaster.”
Although Donald Trump took the lead over Joe Biden in Pennsylvania, the mail-in ballots brought what is thought to be the premature call of the state for the Democratic nominee.
