Trump Campaign Continues Election Suit In Pennsylvania Despite Hurdles

Despite obstacles, the Trump campaign continues their election suit in Pennsylvania. The current President is now demanding to be called the election winner or to receive the power to assign the 20 electoral votes in the state.

The third iteration of the PA lawsuit reinstates legal claims from the second version, that the election campaign’s rules were violated due to allegations of insufficient access to the mall-in votes observation.

Those accusations were rejected by the campaign on Sunday, although Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani claimed it was a result of threats aimed at the campaign’s lawyers.

According to the new suit, there are 1.5 million mail-in or absentee ballots in seven counties in Pennsylvania that “should not have been counted” as they resulted “in returns indicating Biden won Pennsylvania.”

In addition, the complaint seeks to evaluate the election procedures’ legality in the US, as the attorneys for the President strongly criticize the Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision that the Republican election observers’ access was just.

The lawsuit also accused Pennsylvania’s highest court judges of political deviation which is rarely pleaded by experienced lawyers.
