On Wednesday, Hollywood film producer David Guillod (53) was charged with sexual assault. The indictment claims that a woman was sexually abused by Guillod during an “evening meeting” on Oct. 21.
Out on $5 Million Bail
Five years ago, David Guillod faced another public accusation of sexual abuse by the actress Jessica Barth. Barth’s case alongside the other four cases is being prosecuted by the County District Attorney’s Office in Santa Barbara.
Despite his previous charges of sexual assault between 2012 and 2015, the film producer left the LA Police Metropolitan Detention Center on a $5 million bail.
If Guillod is convicted of the 11 charges, he could spend up to 21 years in jail. The producer’s attorney Phillip Cohen refused to provide additional information on his client’s arrest.
